Lunatic driver kills unborn baby and three teenagers

Richard Brown, 24, Brown, of Anglesey, North Wales, admitted death by dangerous driving and drink-driving. Brown, described as A "LUNATIC" driver was jailed yesterday for killing an unborn child, three teens and leaving another crippled for life.

Brown bought wine and cider before hitting speeds of 90mph and knocking over trees. He was almost twice the limit having taken cocaine, diazepam, canna-biand methadone as his car lost control.

He was sentenced to 10 years. As the epileptic, on crutches after a previous smash, was sentenced at Caernarfon Crown Court, North Wales, a friend of one victim had to be restrained as she tried to reach the dock.

Pregnant Rebecca Lee, 18, Elin Rowlands, 15, and Clifford Jones, 17, all died in the crash. Passenger Stacey Williams, 17, was paralysed for life. The victims were thrown out of the back of the car, dying instantly on the A5 at Menai Bridge, North Wales.
