In addition, Tim deals with Licensing including Goods and Passenger Vehicles, Taxi and Private Hire including appearances before the Traffic Commissioner and Local Authority Licensing Committees.

Tej Thakkar

Tej Thakkar

Tej is a solicitor, having spent many years at a magic circle firm in London. He has experience sitting with advocates in both the Magistrates Courts and Crown Court, including the designated serious fraud centre at Southwark Crown Court.

Tej dreams of one day owning an Audi R8, but for now he is quite content to show off in his BMW Z4.

Dave Richards
Solicitor
Dave Richards

Dave is an associate solicitor, having been with Traffic Lawyers since 2007.  He has acted as lead advocate in a variety of motoring cases including exceptional hardship, drink driving, due care & attention and overloading.

Dave’s dream is to own a Jaguar Series I E-Type, preferably in the classic green.  Until that dream becomes a reality, he drives a very practical Vauxhall Corsa.
