New / young drivers
If you are looking for some legal help related to a new and/or young driver then we are here to listen and advise you – contact us today.
There is a two year probationary period for newly qualified drivers. During that probationary period, you will only need to accumulate six penalty points before you will have “totted up”. If that happens, your licence will be revoked and you will have to pass another driving test.
Penalty points accrued before passing the test will be taken into account.
